The SLEM (Strategic
Leadership and Customer Experience Management Research Group), has
set its goal on bringing together a university research group focused
on strategic leadership results and customer experience management.
SLEM is affiliated to the Management Science School of the UQAM
University.
Their mission is to stimulate
and polarize the research done on these two themes, as they are
vital to any organisation aiming for successful harmony with their
internal and external environment in the context of continuity,
permanence and concurrence, whether they are in the public or private
sector.
